All dogs must be current on vaccines and rabies shots. All dogs must be leashed at all times (except while swimming) and clean-up after your dog is required. Over the last year, South Jersey Rescue has stepped up to intake several pets that have been surrendered by their owners due to age, medical needs and housing situations. The overwhelming need to assist these pets has been a significant financial burden on our rescue making the need raise funds urgent. South Jersey Rescue is made of a core group of volunteers that work from their own homes as well as foster homes so every dollar goes directly to the animals we service. Funds raised are used to pay veterinarian bills, transportation costs to get dogs from high kill shelters to our rescue, spay and neuter costs, medication and food.
